How I work

You bring the question. I design the process.

There is no fixed formula and no single method for every situation.

I start with your question.

Then I create a process using the methods and materials that can help us explore it best.

Methods and materials

The tools may change.

Methods and materials may include:

  • LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
  • Images
  • Metaphor
  • Objects
  • Drawing
  • Collage
  • Movement
  • Writing
  • Film
  • Storytelling

The principle stays the same: make what is difficult to see visible.

My role

I am not the architect of your answer. I am the architect of the process that helps you discover it.
  • I do not tell participants what their model, image or metaphor means.
  • My role is to create the structure, questions and conditions for exploration.
  • You remain the expert on your own experience. There is no ‘right’ answer.
  • There is something to notice, explore, question and sometimes rebuild.

Why hands-on?

When something becomes visible, we can interact with it.

A thought in our head can feel abstract. A model, image or object gives it form.

We can look at it from another position.

Move something. Add something. Remove something. Create an alternative.

And suddenly a conversation that felt stuck can start moving again.

A visible process

Build. See.
Reflect. Rebuild.

  1. Build

Hands-on exploration using materials and creative tools.

  2. See

Patterns, connections and fresh perspectives become visible.

  3. Reflect

Make sense of what emerged through conversation and shared reflection.

  4. Rebuild

Change, test or develop possibilities and move insight toward action.
